JLT SERIES 3 INTAKE:
Though our JLT Series 2 was a huge success and on more cars than we ever imagined, we did a complete redesign in January 2012 from top to bottom and now have the JLT Series 3 CAI.

SERIES 3 TUBE DESIGN
The JLT Series 3 tube is 4 1/4" ID, roto molded plastic to resist engine heat and keep the intake air charge nice and cool. NO METAL TUBING HERE!!
With no separate MAF housing or couplers air flow is fast and smooth. The tube has a 110mm MAF housing molded right in the tube. The largest on the market.

INTAKE FITMENT
Fits all 05-09 Mustang GT's
Fits all 05-09 GT's with SALEEN SUPERCHARGERS 
GT500 Throttle Body Info: Due to the size of the GT500 throttle body and spacers required to make it work on a 4.6, it will not fit with our intake kit. The GT500 throttle body requires a 5” coupler and our tube is 4.5”. A 5-4.5” reducing coupler “may” work, but it is your responsibility to find any parts needed and fitment is not guaranteed. Please do not call us for any needed parts to make this part work with our intake kit.

AIR FILTER OPTIONS - OIL OR DRY
We use only the best air filters made by S&B to our specifications. 
For years we only used oiled filters, but dry filter technology has been proven and is now a popular option.

Should I choose a Dry Disposable or Cotton Oiled Filter?
Since you are not sacrificing performance with either choice, the decision comes down to would you rather throw away the filter or clean it.

Dry: Comparable airflow to oiled cotton filters with the same great protection.
Last for up to 30,000 miles of highway driving. Extend the life of the filter using compressed air.

Oil: Oiled filters can last forever as long as you properly clean and re-oil it.

MAINTENANCE 
To properly clean your filter, we recommend the S&B Precision II Cleaning & Oiling Kit. 
*TIP* by purchasing a 2nd air filter you can simply swap filters when it's time to clean it and not be rushed. Clean the first filter and it's ready when it's time to change again.

JLT Pre-Filters are now available for most intake kits we carry, these filters are made for us by Outerwears, these prefilters are water repellent. CUSTOM TUNES:
TUNING FOR NON SUPERCHARGED VEHICLES ONLY
We have seen gains of 25-30 RWHP with the 93 octane tune.
With each package you will have the choice of 2 tunes, ranging from 87, 91, 93 and 93 aggressive. If you know you have great 93 or 94 octane fuels choose the 93 aggressive tune for even more boost in driving. 
Bullitt and Shelby GT Mustangs that came stock with Ford's cold air intakes will gain up to 15 RWHP along with improved throttle response and MPG's.

GAINS
20-30 RWHP are typical with this package. You will see the higher end with a 93 octane tune and lower end with the 87 octane tune.

Package price yields a $39.00 savings.
